| Why should I register? |
| Only if you are registered we can give you the AmpShare points for every user who downloads your files. There is no payment required for our free membership. However, if you are tired of waiting for your downloads and if you would like to see our filellist, you can upgrade your account to Premium at any time. |
| Why should I collect AmpShare Points? |
| You can collect AmpShare points and exchange them for free Premium Memberships. For everyone who downloads your file you will receive one AmpShare point. |
| Can I search the AmpShare servers for files I'd like to download? Sure! This feature is available for our premium members. As a premium member you can see our complete filelist and download directly from this list - without any waiting times or limits. Free members are only allowed to see the latest files. |
| Do you delete inactive files? Yes, after 360 days of inactivity we delete files from free members. Files uploaded by premium users will never be deleted. |
| Can I upload private files and hide them from the filelist? |
| Sure, immediately after uploading a file you will see a "make private" button - just click it and your file will not appear in the filelist and in the last uploaded files gallery. This function is also available in the "My Files" section in the members are. Please keep in mind that you decrease the downloads and your earned download points if your file is hidden from the public. |
| Which filetypes I'm allowed to upload? |
| Feel free to upload any kind of videofiles and photos. Even photo archives packed by zip or rar are allowed if they don't contain a password protection. |
| Why my files have been removed? |
| Since AmpShare is a special filesharing system for amputee and devotee files your file may be deleted because of wrong or misleading content. We will also delete files if the original copyright owner complains about it. |
| What is a premium account? With a Premium Account you can download without any waiting times and limits. Just open a AmpShare Link and the Download will start! If you are tired to wait for your downloads get your premium acount now. You can simply buy it or collect AmpShare points to get a Premium Membership for free. |
| How can I pay for my premium account? |
| You can easily pal by PayPal with credit-card, direct-debit or bank-transfer. |
| Am I able to renew my Premium account at any time? |
| Yes, all additional membership times obtained by PayPal or AmpShare points will be added to your existent subscription time. |
| How to report claims of intellectual property infringement? |
| AmpShare is committed to protecting the intellectual property of third parties. To report a copyright infringement by an AmpShare user, all you need to do is fill out our form. Click here! This form is the fastest way to report a copyright infringement. Although we will review reports in all languages, it will speed our review if you can submit your report in English. After reviewing your complaint we will take the appropriate action within a couple of hours. |
